From your first enquiry to the final song, JMF Disco helps you plan the entertainment you want. Here is what happens at each stage.

Tell Me About Your Event
Send me the date, venue, performance times and type of celebration. I will check availability and provide a clear, no-obligation quotation for your requirements.

Confirm Your Booking
If you would like to proceed, I will obtain the necessary booking details and send your booking-confirmation information. Your date is secured once the details have been agreed and the booking fee has been received.

Plan Your Celebration
You will receive the appropriate JMF Disco Party Planner Pack or Wedding Planner Pack. It helps you provide your preferred music, timings, announcements, special moments and anything you would rather avoid.

Review the Final Arrangements
Before the event, I will check the completed planner with you and clarify any outstanding details. Where necessary, I can also liaise with the venue about access, setup and the running order.

Enjoy Your Event
I arrive in good time to set up and deliver the agreed service. During the celebration, I use your plans as my guide while adapting the music to your guests and what is working on the dance floor. Requests can also be made during the event.
Planning With JMF Disco
The planner makes it easier to provide your information together, rather than dealing with music and timings through a series of separate messages. It can be updated as your plans develop, and the arrangements are reviewed before the event.

The planner is a practical guide rather than a rigid running order. Timings can change during an event, and music is arranged to suit the occasion, your guests, the flow of the celebration and any appropriate requests received on the night.
What Information Do I Need to Get a Quote?
Please send the event date, venue or location, the type of celebration and the approximate start and finish times. These details allow me to check availability and provide the appropriate service and price.
You do not need to have every music choice or timing decided before making an enquiry. The detailed planning happens after the booking has been secured.
