you are a venue Banqueting Manager or Event Organiser, you probably have enough
to think about on Christmas Party Nights in ensuring the catering, bar and guest
hospitality is running smoothly to your high standards - you really don't want
to have to be concerned if the disco will turn up and whether the DJ will be any
good!
The service we offer our corporate customers is second to
none and includes: A dedicated Account Manager whom will meet you at your
venue to discuss your entertainment requirements and put together a bespoke tariff,
tailored to your specifications. We like to meet at your venue so we can see your
function room/s and understand the parking, access and set-up routines.
A
generous credit account facility, suited to your business requirements (following
a simple credit check of your company).
A team of regular DJs - all smart,
polite and highly experienced in the corporate sector, whom will understand and
work with you, to your high standards.
Assured client confidentiality - none
of our representatives will ever discuss fees, etc. with your clients or guests.
In addition to music requests from guests on the evening, we offer the facility
for your clients to submit music requests in advance of the function, enabling
the DJ to prepare prior to the evening. This is particularly useful for theme
nights, etc.
Incentives are available in respect of volume targets achieved
in December, these can be discussed with your Account Manager when he/she visits
